Glenda von Garland is a beautiful 2 year old classic German Shepherd. Read below what the volunteer who transported her had to say:

This girl is soooooo sweet, and tender - she has a beautiful, shiny coat, too.  When she saw the crate in my car, she jumped right in, like she knew that was her ticket out of there.   Before getting into the car, Glenda and I both heard a faint "meow" coming from some bushes in the sand near the parking lot.  Glenda looked curious, but not aggressive, and led me straight to where the tiny kitten was hiding, suffering under the hot sun, with no shelter from the barren bushes.   She is a true "rescue dog" because she helped me rescue that kitten. Glenda relaxed for the ride, and never made a peep - even when confronted by other dogs, she was so calm.  Somebody
will be lucky to adopt her - what a gem!
